Sunday Brunch: Frozen Pudding Ice Cream Cones

In honor of all the kids going back to school, I thought I would post one of my favorite after school snacks.


My Mom would make chocolate pudding and pour it into a flat bottom ice cream cone (you know the kind that are almost like sugar wafers) and then freeze them.  Super simple and super delicious.


So here you go, from my kitchen growing up to yours. Enjoy!

1 box of your favorite instant pudding

2 cups of milk

Flat-bottom Ice Cream Cones

Make the pudding according to directions on the box, pour into ice cream cones and freeze! It’s that easy!

Extras: Sprinkles, Whipped Cream, Cookie pieces. A cherry to put on top.
